Gulliver's Land theme park prepares to re-open in Milton Keynes

The boss of Gulliver's theme parks and resort has today issued a statement about safety measures that have been put in place for the re-opening.
It is anticipated the company will follow the lead of Alton Towers and Chessington World of Adventures and open its doors on Saturday July 4.

Hide AdGulliver's MD Julie Dalton said: "The Gulliver’s team have been working hard to put measures in place for our reopening. We have been adapting our facilities and creating new experiences for families to enjoy when we are able to safely welcome them back.
She added: "Our reopening will put the safety of guests, staff and local communities as priority, whilst remaining loyal to our ethos – offering magical memories and big adventures for families."
Ms Dalton said the company took advice from "global experts" about cutting the risk of infection.
July 4 is the date on which the UK Government expects to be able to move to ‘Step Three’ of removing of lockdown restrictions, reopening remaining businesses and premises, including leisure facilities, that have been required to close.
