Santa Tour raises £5,845

Rotary club members have donated almost £6,000 to a number of charities and community groups.

The money was raised in the run up to Christmas by members of Wolverton and Stony Stratford Rotary Club, which spent 15 days raising funds courtesy of their popular Santa Tour.

The money will be donated to Willen Hospice, AYME, Climb Your Mountain and MK Food Bank, as well as Wolverton Scouts, St Mary and St Giles School and Two Mile Ash Guides. Rotary Club president, Malcolm Poulter, said: “We are enormously grateful to everyone who helped with the collections and, of course, to the public who gave so generously to make all these donations possible.”
