Show Choir has plenty of Spirit in charity drive

editorial image

A CITY show choir who helps children to pen their own musical work is offering children between four and 16 free places.

The Spirit Show Choir, which runs classes in Newport Pagnell and Wolverton, recently received sponsorship from Marshall Amplification and in September they raised £1325.74 for the Christian Aid Malaria Project.

On December 15 they are holding a Christmas Production raising money for Ward 5 at Milton Keynes General Hospital.

Back in March they recorded a Christmas single with a group of children and had a professional video made.

They are looking to release the song to help raise the money they want for Ward 5 and are trying to buy chairs for parents which they can use to sleep on and stay with their children.

Each bed costs £800 and between the show and the CD they are hoping to fund the purchase of three beds.

To buy your tickets call Teresa Diamond on 07800 517507 or email spirit@sky.com.
