People have been advised to wrap up warm and stay safe in the curent wintery conditions.

The NHS has even released a video on YouTube giving advice on how they can look after vulnerable people.

Doctors have urged people to look out for kerbs and patches of ice that are covered in snow and to only make journeys if they are necessary.

Dr Nicola Smith, NHS Milton Keynes Clinical Commissioning Group chairman, said: “It is really important that we ensure the safety of vulnerable people in the cold weather.”
