Eaton Bray clinched the Division One title thanks to a convincing eight-wicket win at North Crawley on Saturday.

Stewart Phillipson top scored for Crawley with 46 before he was superbly caught one handed by James Flecknall on the square leg boundary. Bray restricted Crawley to 165 all out with Gary Ellerton taking 3-46.

In reply, an unbeaten 123 partnership between Paul Harris (56) and Josh Peacock (67) saw the champions home with six overs to spare.

New Bradwell, who could have clinched the title had Bray slipped up, beat Milton Keynes by two wickets.

Milton Keynes scored 217 all out and Zaheer Ahmed then hit 46 in Bradwell's reply of 220-8.

This defeat saw Milton Keynes relegated along with Olney Town, whose fate was sealed when MK City (305-8) thrashed Aspley Guise (125) by 180 runs.

Mike Brown (127) and Leigh Sibley (101) both scored centuries for Olney in their 261-3 against Newport Pagnell, who held on for a draw with 175-9. Sean Van Eaden (49) top scored for Newport with Nick Cunniffe contributing 35, Brown taking 5-24.

A good all round performance by Fenton Price (62 and 4-35) ensured that Winslow finished third after they beat Cublington by two wickets. Cublington scored 182-8 with Chris Tapp hitting 50. In the Winslow innings Sam George took 4-35.
