DO NOT !!!!!! use this store. The owner took my laptop, told me he would need to have a quick look at it to see if it was even repairable, and he would call me tomorrow. 3DAYS Later I had to call him. He told me he had taken it apart, and was waiting on a part, ALTHOUGH he did not know if it was repairable still???!!?!? And I would have to wait 3 weeks to find out! When I said ok don't worry just put it back together and ill take it somewhere else he told me he eould have to CHARGE ME!!!??? WTF!? He was rude! Would not let me speak and told me if I wanted to know anymore I would have to go up to the shop because he was busy and he didn't need my custom because he has '1000's' of customers!!? In the end I had to take my laptop away in pieces after getting police and trading standards involved!!!! The rudest most vile and disgusting rip off con artist I have ever come across!!! Beware people of MK DO NOT USE TEZCO PC !!!!!!!!!!!!!

Customer Service - Good but sometimes you will have to wait for your turn
Selection - Good (this is not biggest computer shop in Milton Keynes so sometimes you have to be prepared and wait for delivery+++can take your old computer as a part exchange
Prices - very competitive prices +++ on both new and used computers, repairs and upgrades
Parking - usually very easily accessible parking, you can almost drive up to the front door

My laptop had problems to charge the battery so I took it to Tezco to get it fixed. The guy from the shop told me that it was a difficult task due to the piece's location as it involved heating it up to take the broken piece off and solder a new one on its place, but he would try to do it anyway, two weeks ago. He never called me back (when he told me he was going to do it). I had to go twice to the store to ask about my laptop to know the status of the job. Both times, my laptop was apart (when he had told me that the work would be finished in a couple of days) and this last time, he told me that he couldn't fix it and the motherboard was cut around the broken piece (he cut it!!!! and he told me that he was going to replace the broken piece, not to cut it from the motherboard). His only words were "I told you it was a difficulty job".
Before going to Tezco, my computer could turn on, now I can't turn it on, the motherboard is broken and the computer has a lot of scratches. His words were "I fix laptops, I don't break them"... well, somebody broke my laptop and it wasn't me. After those words he asked me to go out of his store in bad ways. I'm very disappointed with the service.

I have used Tezco and I would definitely use it again and recommend it to any and everybody I know. He is very honest and the charges are more than fair. Excellent service!

Have done some business with this guy (Faz) and he comes across as an honest, “need to make a living not rip you off” kind of guy. His prices are about the best in town and, as a fellow pc technician he certainly knows his stuff. By doing my research it’s clear that he won’t buy “dodgy” goods the same as he won’t try to sell you them.
It’s a shame for him (and prospective customers) that more people don’t use him instead of the big stores like PC World etc because he works hard and deserves the the business and people could save themselves a small fortune and get a better after sales service.
P.S. If anyone is looking for a serious i5 gaming machine at a rock bottom price you need to visit Tezco – you WON’T be disappointed.

It has been a very long time since i found a good computer shop that can help in 99% of problems .Tezco makes great hand built machines at very good prices and repairs are no trouble either and he has some very good priced second hand machines as well and open 7 days a week ,but he does close very early 6pm every night i say should be a 24hr shop but he likes a life and some sleep, before you buy a machine from the big boys and get things you never use or want find out what he can do for you ,you might get a good suprise …….

My name is Stephen I have brought two laptops from Tezco and had taken 3 pcs in for repair and he is knowledgable, helpful. I got a good deal from him and he is always on the end of the telephone to help and give advice.
I don’t bother going anywhere else for our computor needs now.

I have used Tezco a number of times to repair computers (my own and my sons). The service is first rate and you wont get conned here. If the owner can fix rather than replace then he will. The labour charges are low and the parts that he uses are as cheap as you can buy online yourself. First class!!
