To whom it may concern
Mr Slavi Petrov of Splendid SP Ltd advised, designed, supplied and installed our new kitchen in March 2012. Slavi's courtesy, honesty and professional ability were outstanding throughout the complete project.
The project was a large installation and included removing an existing stud-wall and considerable remodelling of the electrics and water supply.
Through every stage, from initial design through to installation Slavi communicated what he was doing and whether everything was going to plan. Although we were at work during the installation we felt very comfortable in allowing him to work unsupervised for most of the project. Our grown up children were in house at some stages during the installation and they too have nothing but praise for Slavi.
Concerning the financial aspects - something we all know can be an area for disquiet. We agreed up front a very fair payment schedule which enabled Slavi to purchase what he required whilst giving us the confidence that we were still in control. In total we made four phased payments - an initial deposit; two payments as the kitchen was delivered and a final payment on completion when we were satisfied and when Slavi gave us the gas and electric certificates. All payments were made via on line banking which again allowed Slavi to receive payments fast and efficiently whilst giving us some security. I have no concerns surrounding any aspects of the financial transactions made during this project.
We are extremely pleased with the kitchen - Slavi has exceeded our expectations in delivering our dream kitchen, expertly fitted, for an extremely competitive price. We cannot recommend Slavi highly enough - it took us over two years to find someone who we could trust to rework our kitchen - we are glad we waited until we met Slavi.
