IF YOU want the best handmade and vintage paraphernalia – and bespoke gifts ahead of the Christmas panic, this weekend’s MK Handmade & Vintage extravaganza is where it’s at.
The regular events, hosted in Middleton Hall at the centre:mk, are now firmly established.
The major rummaging potential kicks off tomorrow and continues until Sunday, and this is the last event of type in 2012, so don’t miss out.
Across the 120 stalls, you’ll find everything from unique fashions and quirky interior design to novel gifts.
“It’s rare to have such a number of talented makers all in one place, especially with no entry fee,” says organiser Jacqui Lewis.
Fine artists, silversmiths, potters, glassmakers, sign writers, dressmakers, a blacksmith, luxury bear makers...there will be no shortage of classy creatives showing their wares, and they are available to create bespoke pieces too.
Opening hours: Friday 9.30am – 8pm, Saturday 9am – 7pm, Sunday 10.30am – 5pm.
