A dazzling collection of intimate and iconic pictures of Hollywood starlet Marilyn Monroe are currently on display at Castle Galleries in the centre:mk
The images – spanning Marilyn’s career from her beginnings as a model and actress in 1948 to her last photo shoot in 1962, just one month before her untimely death – are taken from the private collection of Hollywood fine art collector, Edward Weston.
“This collection of photographs holds some truly striking and breathtaking images and capture the very essence of the twentieth century’s most enigmatic film icon,” Castle Gallery manager Peter Viet Lu said.
“Edward Weston once said: ‘With Marilyn, I never fall out of love’ and I believe that is true of most of us, her fame is unparalleled and it’s a privilege to be able to display this collection,” he added. For more information, contact the gallery on MK 696040.
