BARWOOD Homes has started work at The Elms, Yardley Gobion to build eight stone village homes.
The first home is due for completion in January 2013 with prices ranging from £335,000 to £895,000.
The scheme takes its name from the farm that historically occupied the site offering an idyllic village location only nine miles from Central Milton Keynes.
The Elms will offer a range of traditionally designed homes to blend in with the local architecture, the interiors will be fitted out in a contemporary style to bring a modern feel to these quality homes.
Plots 1 and 2 will be converted barns and are due to be finished in January and February 2013.
They are both single storey and will offer separate sitting rooms, kitchen dining rooms, three bedrooms and an en-suite to the master bedroom.
Plot 1 has the added advantage of a double open garage with a workshop/home office above.
The first reservation has been taken on Plot 3.
The largest property on the development will be in excess of 3,600 sq ft and will benefit from views down the valley and have access to a brook in the rear garden.
The accommodation will be over three floors with features such as an orangery, separate reception rooms, individually designed kitchen with granite worktops and log burning stove.
Heating will be gas, via a mixture of under floor heating and radiators.
There will be five bedrooms, three bathrooms and a double detached stone garage with a home office/playroom above.
There will be three further four bedroom homes and a three bedroom cottage.
Knight Frank New Homes from Milton Keynes will be handling the sales, if you would like to register your interest to receive further information on The Elms development please contact Mark Johnson on 01908 302928 or via e-mail at email@example.com
