Back in 2010, Milton Keynes Theatre of Comedy delivered performances of three episodes of Fawlty Towers, and sold out the lot.
Six months on, they brought another three of the comedy classics into the live, and once again tickets flew out of the box office.
Now, the troupe are back with more Basil brilliance, more Manuel mishaps and more Sybil shenanigans.
From Monday, performances of The Builders, The Anniversary Party and Gourmet Night will bring some jovial relief to the assembled at The Chrysalis Theatre in Willen Park.
And, once again, tickets have been moving quicker than Manuel when Basil shouts at him!
Shows are taking place nightly through to Saturday, although all tickets for Friday and Saturday’s shows have gone.
With that in mind, the group have announced an additional Saturday afternoon matinee, at 2.30pm.
Tickets are £12 and £10 except for Monday’s delivery when all tickets are a tenner.
So, split with your cash, take a pew and let the proprietors and staff invite you to celebrate their anniversary in the opulent surroundings of Torquay’s finest holiday home-from-home, which now comes with added gourmet cuisine. Do be prepared for some building work during your stay, mind.
