THE third Stony Stratford Big Draw will be picture perfect at York House on Saturday.
Jonny Boatfield – the clever illustrator behind our GO! cover this week, will lead the workshop, which is themed around Dinosaurs vs Aliens (& Fluffy Mutant Kittens)...
It’s a free bash, with plenty of fun and open to all ages.
So, roll those sleeves up, reach for the pens and get creative.
Jonny wants your help to create designs for a planet where dinosaurs have ruled for years...but now aliens have landed and a ginormous fight is breaking out...and those fluffy kitty-cats are being hostage.
Jonny and The Big Draw Crew will be on hand to help bring your ideas to life, although one would hope not literally: Could you imagine Stony taken over by a crowd of Tyrannosaurus, Diplodocus, Stegosaurus and others Dinos plodding around near The Cock Hotel?!
By the time 4pm rolls around, York House is expected to be swarming with curious creatures, massive monsters and some of those ickle-wickle kittens of course.
The big bash is part of The Campaign for Drawing and all it need to be a ‘dinoraus’ success is for you to pop along (you’ll be made welcome no matter how little, or long you are able to ) and let your imaginations cut loose.
Refreshments will be available all day too.
Call MK 563361 if you want to know more before you turn out.
