With Strictly Come Dancing back on the small screen this week, viewers will be gripped by the celebrities and their professional partners dazzling on the dance floor.

It’s an annual Autumnal treat, after all.

If the svelte figures moving with grace on Strictly inspire you enough to take the plunge and get fit, the perfect course awaits.

Strictly Come Dancing dance stars Natalie Lowe and Ian Waite have teamed up with six time world champion swimmer Mark Foster, himself a former Strictly contestant, to produce the dance and fitness progress, FitSteps.

The most popular Latin and Ballroom dances have been used together with proven fitness techniques, to help you get fit, lose those pounds and have lots of fun along the way.

Fitsteps comes to Milton Keynes on October 7, at the Loughton Memorial Hall, Bradwell Road, Loughton.
