Tiger Feet and retro sparkle at Woughton

Mud-dy brilliant!
Mud-dy brilliant!

MUD mainman Les Gray passed away in 2004, but his memory and his music, lives on.

Usually at this time of year, Mud II – featuring members of Les’ band – head out on tour with fellow erstwhile rockers Slade.

But with that stint cancelled in 2010, the only chance to see the band at play before the new year is happening this Sunday evening, from 7.30pm.

The bash at The Woughton Centre is Leadenhall is their only Crimbo show and so it’s a safe bet that the boys will be featuring Lonely This Christmas among their setlist.

But there are plenty more where that came from, of course – The Cat Crept In, Oh Boy, Dynamite and that infamous pop roar Tiger Feet will all get a play.

Tickets for the show are on sale now, and will set you back £15.

Support is coming from Sign Of The Times.

>Tomorrow night, The Jets will hold court at the venue and they know how to whip up an audience, we would hope – after all they have more than 2000 shows under their belts!

Rock n roll from three brothers with a passion for the retro...

Tickets for this date are on sale at £12 a pop.
