New City Heating Sunday League round-up
Fishermead Doyles took a big leap towards winning the Premier Division title after they thrashed closest rivals Steven Eagell Toyota 5-0.
With Doyles having one game to play, SET needed the three points to stand a chance of taking the title, but Fishermead had other ideas as they bagged their 14th win from 15 to go three points clear.
Great Holm Steel are now the only side who can catch Doyles, they remain in third and three points behind, but with one game in hand.
In Division One just two more points from their last two games will be enough for OU Reserves to win the title, despite slipping from top spot after a shock 5-3 defeat to Inter Inchley.
OU were replaced at the top by Stanton Manor after a 2-0 win over Medbourne Res, but having played all their games the title is OU's to lose.
Water Eaton Youth have gone back to the top of the Second Division after their comfortable 3-0 win over Denbigh Hall.
