Dons take on Northampton
A rivalry is set to born on Saturday when MK Dons take on Northampton Town for the first time.
Despite both clubs moving up and down League One and Two in the last four seasons, the clubs, just 20 miles apart, have yet to meet each other in competitive action.
And with Dons leaving Bucks rivals Wycombe in League Two, the game is set to become this season's biggest local derby.
A bumper crowd is expected at stadium:mk with Cobblers selling their initial allocation of 1,506 tickets, with a further 2,000 now made available.
For the Dons, manager Roberto Di Matteo will face a something of a selection headache in defence.
Danny Swailes came through 60 minutes against Norwich on Tuesday, although that was his first game of the season and will still be deemed a risk.
Di Matteo said: "We have to see how he is going to react after playing. He had a very short pre-season so we don't want to stress his Achilles too much, we know he is a big player for us."
If Swailes doesn't start then Jude Stirling will continue in his place.
The Italian will also have to choose whether to start with the midfield pairing of Keith Andrews and Alan Navarro, or Andrews and Peter Leven.
Cobblers' main threat will come from big striker Adebayo Akinfenwa who scored two in their opening day win over Cheltenham.
