The images show 19-year-old Mohamed Abdi Farah, wearing a fisherman’s style hat and 18-year-old Amin Ahmed Ismail wearing an orange hooded top with the hood pulled up in some of the images. The CCTV was taken at the Xscape building in the city centre at approximately 9.35pm, less than an hour before their deaths.

Shortly after 10pm, both men sustained fatal gunshot wounds to the head in an alleyway in Fishermead Boulevard.

Police are continuing to appeal for witnesses and hope that releasing the CCTV images may help jog people’s memories about that night. Police are keen to hear from anyone who saw the victims on the night they died, particularly as they walked back from the Xscape building to Fishermead.

Anyone with information can contact Thames Valley Police on 0845 8 505 505. If people don’t want to speak to police they can call Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111 and give information without leaving a name.
