Yobs ignored his white cane
A blind and deaf man was robbed as he walked on a city estate.

Two men struck on Ramsons Avenue, Conniburrow, at about 7.15pm on Friday (Nov 14).

He was pushed to the ground and his wallet stolen from a trouser pocket.

A woman walking nearby was able to give police a description.

Both are white, possibly teenagers, slim build and one was wearing a waist length brown jacket and blue jeans.

A police spokesman said this week it would have been clear to the offenders their victim was visually impaired.

If you have information about them, or were in the area at that time, call Det Con Sarah Hunt via 0845 8 505 505 or Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111
