New feedback faces measure customer satisfaction - or not
Milton Keynes Council customers and clients can now register online their impression of how well the authority is doing.

GovMetric is a simple and quick way to measure customer satisfaction using smiling, neutral and sad face symbols via the council website.

Chief executive Kate Page said at its launch: "This is the first time the council has been able to obtain a meaningful measure of customer satisfaction in real time."

Council leader Cllr Isobel McCall said: "It takes just a few seconds for our customers to tell us how well or badly we are doing using symbols.

GovMetric then provides the council with graphs and analysis on its services including benefits, housing or planning.
