Mrs Osbourne fights laryngitis to visit Milton Keynes
Sharon Osbourne battled a sore case of laryngitis to appear at a book signing at Waterstone's in Midsummer Place on Friday.

But traffic chaos delayed her visit when she was caught up in motorway congestion.

Fans who queued to meet Ozzy's wife were faced with a two-hour delay before the music manager and former X Factor judge arrived.

Sharon was in town to sign copies of her debut novel, Revenge.

The page-turner is about sibling rivalry, mega stardom, scandals and secrets and lovers and losers

A spokesman said: "The event went really well and Sharon spent time with everyone who queued to meet her. She was great."

Milton Keynes can consider itself lucky though as Sharon's planned appearance at Bluewater shopping centre on Saturday was cancelled.
