A levels: Stantonbury on the up with 99 per cent pass rate

Students at Stantonbury Campus celebrated the best results for several years with a pass rate of 99 per cent.

Almost forty per cent of the school’s results were A*/A/B grades and all students following the BTEC Performance course achieved Distinctions or Distinctions*, the equivalent of A or A* grades at A level.

Some of the school’s top individual achievers included Tom Hare who will going to Cambridge University to study natural sciences after getting two A*s and an A grade. Fatema Jaffer was also among Stantonbury’ top pupils, gaining two A*s and an A, enabling her to go on to study Medicine at Leicester University.

Head of Sixth Form, Jon Adamson, said; “These are great results and well deserved success for our students after two years of hard work.”
