Visitors were even given a chance to try out Wii Fit, pole and Zumba dancing before Angela arrived to give her take on how she has stayed so active and healthy. The event also featured a treasure hunt with prizes including a Netbook and Kindle e-book. Key agencies including The Extra Care Charitable Trust, the council’s Adult Social Care Team and a number of voluntary organisations were also on hand with advice on how to stay active with volunteering opportunities.

The event was organised by Reactivate Bucks, a campaign co-ordinated by Bucks Sport.
