Appeal for information after robbery in Milton Keynes

Thames Valley Police is appealing for information after a robbery in Woburn Sands.

At around 8pm on Friday evening, the victim, a 25-year-old man, parked his van in Turnpike Court, Newport Road in Woburn Sands.

After delivering a parcel he returned to his van and he noticed two men stood by the side of the van.

He thought one of the men was concealing a weapon under his t-shirt.

The offenders threatened the victim and told him to hand over the van keys.

The victim threw the keys in the road and ran towards Cranfield Road.

The two offenders got into the van and drove away into Newport Road towards the garden centre.

The van, a white Volkswagen Transporter, which contained the victim’s wallet, personal documents, keys, iPhone 6 and other personal items, was stolen.

The stolen van was later located in Colne, Tinkers Bridge, in Milton Keynes.

The first offender is black, around 30 years old, between 5ft 6ins and 5ft 10ins, medium build, with black hair and black stubble on his face. He was wearing denim jeans and a black T-shirt. Over the t-shirt he wore a black zip up hooded top.

The second offender is mixed race, around 25 or 26 years old, medium build, with two ear studs in both ears. He was wearing all black clothing.
