Police are appealing for witnesses after a row broke out between two cab drivers queuing for fares.

The incident, happened at around 4am outside the casino at Xscape on March 16. The victim, a 30-year-old man and alleged offender were both driving Hackney carriages when they had a disagreement over queuing for fares.

During the altercation, the victim was punched four or five times in the face.

He sustained a small scratch to the side of his chin and did not require hospital treatment.

The offender is an Asian male, 5ft 9ins, of medium build, with short dark hair, aged between 30 and 35 years old.

He was driving a Black Honda Accord Hackney carriage. The victim was driving a blue Hackney carriage.

A 32-year-old man from Wolverton has been arrested and bailed pending further enquiries.
