A new microbrewery based in Bow Brickhill will see one of its beers on sale in the Houses of Parliament early next year.

Hornes Brewery, which opened in March, invited Milton Keynes South MP Iain Stewart to visit their site and taste their very own ‘Triple Goat’ ales.

Following the visit Mr Stewart wrote to the Banqueting department in the House of Commons and they have been invited to be the guest beer in early 2016.

The inspiration for the Brewery’s beers came from the Horne family’s very own three goats, Herbie, Sooty & Dusty who reside in the paddock beside the brewery.

Mr Stewart said: “This is the only Micro Brewery in my constituency and what a fantastic story it has. The three goats give the whole brand a fantastic back drop to the great tasting beers.

“I am looking forward to inviting Ryan and Colette down to Parliament and I am sure MPs from across the country will be enjoying their drinks.”

Head brewer, Ryan Horne added, “I am over the moon we will have one of our drinks on sale in Parliament. I hope the MPs enjoy it!”
