The original work seemed to have missed out a vital ‘t’.

But following our story the road painters were out again – to change the sign to Blet’

Not all signs of the previous mistake have been removed though, with the ‘ch’ still clear beneath the new wording.

The area has long been a bottleneck for traffic with lengthy queues and regular congestion.

The final phase of the works has now been completed and the roundabout is fully open.
