WHEN he brought his ‘Loving Life... ‘ brand to Milton Keynes late last year, he promised good stuff for dance fans and Jamesie has been true to his word.

He wants to invigorate the scene, bringing a vibrant blend of legends, current stars and rising talents direct to the MK door.

“...there’s no better buzz than putting on a successful event.

“It requires a lot of work, but Milton Keynes is crying out for it,” he told City Nights.

“There’s a great little scene just waiting to kick off and I’m really hoping that between ‘Loving Life...’ and a few of the other promoters and DJs I’ve spoken with, we can give the people of MK a dance scene to be proud of again.

“I’d love to be at the forefront of that, and I’m going to push the ‘Loving Life...’ brand.”
LL is new to the city, but an established brand with a great profile elsewhere, and with Jamesie at the helm it’s in safe hands – he has previously scouted DJs including The Trophy Twins, Oliver Lang, Filthy Rich and plenty of others.

He was also one of the very first promoters who brought Swedish House Mafia’s Axwell to these shores...

Last month Judge Jules took the decks by storm in the town, and this Saturday night Brandon Block makes a well overdue return.

“Funnily enough he was the first big DJ I booked for a Loving Life date,” Jamesie recalls.

“We’ve become really good friends over the years, worked in the studio together and DJ’ed all over the place on the same bills...he’s an inspiration as well as someone I’m proud to call a friend.

“I can’t wait to bring him to Milton Keynes and know the crowd are going to love it...he still rocks it!”

Tickets are four quid on the doors before 11pm, seven pounds after.

And Jamesie is already looking forward to the next big bash: “I’ve got a proper treat for everyone on Easter Thursday,” he promised.

More about that on this page soon.
