Body found in the woods is identified as Natalie Hemming

But, despite a three day post mortem, experts have not yet been able to determine the cause of death.

They say further forensic tests are ongoing in a bid to discover how the popular 31-year-old died.

The mother-of-three had been missing from her home in Newton Leys near Bletchley since May 1 and exhaustive police searches failed to find a body.

On Sunday police received a call from a member of the public who had discovered the body of a woman in woodland at Toms Hill, Chandlers Cross in Hertfordshire.

Thames Valley Police has been working closely with Hertfordshire Constabulary to investigate the circumstances.

Natalie’s next of kin has been informed.

Her partner Paul Hemming, 42, has been charged with murder.
