Asian jewellery was stolen during a burglary in Heelands on Wednesday.
Between 10am and 3pm, a house in Bleasdale, was targeted by a burglar who gained entry by forcing a door at the back of the house. Once inside, they stole some Asian jewellery.
Detective Constable Wendy Cissell, of Local CID in Milton Keynes, said: “I would like to speak to anyone who may have witnessed any suspicious activity around the time the incident took place.
“I would also like to remind people to check their home security and follow the crime reduction advice below. Due to the price of gold jewellery, it is very attractive to thieves and can be easily and quickly disposed of for melting.
“We want to stop precious items getting into the wrong hands and any information to assist us with this crime or the location of the jewellery would be treated in strictest confidence so I would urge anyone with information to call 101.”
