DEVELOPERS of a huge Milton Keynes site are looking for three partners to work with them over 10 years in contracts valued in total at about £342million.
Places for People (PFP) has outline planning permission for up to to 2,501 homes at the Brooklands site on the eastern edge of the new city.
The construction value of the development is put at more than £200million and the work will be contracted out in three lots covering a total of around 106 acres.
Places for People won the operational excellence award at last year’s Milton Keynes & North Bucks Chamber of Commerce Business Excellence Awards for its redevelopment of the Wolverton Park site. The developer prides itself on working with communities for the long haul.
It is a not-for-dividend company and one of the largest property management, development and regeneration companies in the UK.
