Fashion retailer New Look is set to open its doors tomorrow (Thursday) at the retail park next to the MK Dons football stadium.
New Look is over two floors and joins River Island, Outfit, H&M, Primark, Marks and Spencer and BHS on the shopping park known as MK1. Also situated close by is DW Sports, Asda and Ikea.
With more than 1,100 stores worldwide, New Look sells women’s, teens and men’s fashion lines.
MK1 owner The Crown Estate says the development has been “greatly received by local shoppers, attracting thousands of visitors as stores opened in the run-up to Christmas”
Jenny Mulligan, regional portfolio manager at The Crown Estate, said: “Since the first store opened in early November, we have seen huge numbers of shoppers visit MK1. New Look will be a fantastic addition to an already stellar line-up of retailers and we look forward to welcoming even more shoppers to the park throughout 2013.”
The Crown Estate manages a property business valued at more than £8 billion and its profits go to the Treasury. Over the past 10 years The Crown Estate has paid nearly £2billion to the Treasury.
