A COMMERCIAL landscaping and office plants company based in Milton Keynes has won a top national award.

Bumble Bees, in Telford Way, Blakelands, accepted a bronze accolade in the eFIG Awards of the trade association for the interior landscaping industry.

The company has been working for serviced office operator Business Environment, in Avebury Boulevard, carrying out long-term maintenance of the garden atrium.

Business Environment’s garden atrium serves as a break-out area for the company’s employees and clients who rent office space.

The company has been using the services of Bumble Bees to maintain its garden atrium for over 10 years.

John Edwards, centre manager of Business Environment in Milton Keynes, said: “The atrium creates the perfect space in which staff and visitors can relax, with its selection of beautiful plants and flowers.

“Bumble Bees continues to do a fantastic job on maintaining the 10,000 ft2 space and they are fully deserving of this award.”

Yvonne Davies, MD of Bumble Bees Ltd, added: “This is the biggest award we’ve won to date and it’s fantastic to be recognised within our industry by our own trade body, the eFIG.”

Bumble Bees were up against national companies in the competition.
