Sausages. Cider. Live music. And a traditional South African Boerewors sausage ring on a stick.

If that sounds like an excellent weekend to you then head to Milton Keynes Sausage And Cider Festival this weekend at Milton Keynes RFC in Bowland Drive, Emerson Valley.

For as £5 entry fee you can enjoy more than 40 real ciders, and more top quality meat than you can imagine. All ciders are sourced from artisan producers around the country, whilst meat traders include Brown’s Gourmet Sausages and the Rustic Cooks’ vintage field kitchen.

Cider is available to take away in two-pint containers. Cider is £3.50 a pint. £1.80 a half. Lager, beer and a range of other alcoholic and soft drinks will be available from the club bar.

Opening hours are midday-11pm on Saturday, and midday-8pm on Sunday.
