New restaurant, Aqua, to open in The Hub

Aqua Italia is coming to The Hub

Aqua Italia is coming to The Hub

A new Italian restuarant is set to open in The Hub in May.

Bosses at independently owned Aqua are promising the very best of Italian cuisine to the venue, which they say has been specifically designed to maximise the space and light available.

Aqua’s menu will offer a range of menus, including á la carte, set lunch and early dinner, specials and even a Sunday Roast.

Dishes include fritto misto, carpaccio, a range of regional meats and cheeses, homemade Italian fishcakes, pasta, pizza, gnocchi nttauraand a wonderful Lobster ravioli.

The restaurant will offer a bar area for drinks and cocktails pre-meal, as well as a formal dining area and a mezzanine level.

Operations Manager for Aqua, Ben Smithson, said: “We are really excited to be bringing Aqua to Milton Keynes after the success of our existing restaurants in the South West.

“Milton Keynes has very discerning diners and we look forward to offering them our traditional Italian dishes from the many regions of the country.”

And Simon Spavins, from Broadoak Management which looks after The Hub, said: “It is fantastic to welcome another independent restaurant to The Hub, it broadens the choice we offer to our customers and Aqua brings a stylish and elegant quality to Milton Keynes.”

More information will be released nearer the opening date.
