A MILTON Keynes tea café worked with another local company to make sure customers can access the latest technology through free wifi and use iPads.

Tea Monkey, in Midsummer Place, took on Zest Solutions, of the Interchange Business Centre, in Howard Way, Newport Pagnell, to help it add to its tea and cake offer.

Zest improved the IT infrastructure at the Milton Keynes flagship store and provided real-time live view cameras allowing customers to login and see what’s going on in the world of tea. In addition Zest is providing on-going support and IT consultancy.

Tracey Bovingdon, MD of Tea Monkey, said: “We wanted an altogether different offering and Zest really helped us to lay the technological foundations which will support the business and the customer experience as we expand and develop throughout the UK.”

Michael Sheehan, MD of Zest Solutions says: “The customer experience is the tip of the iceberg and we really had to work hard to make sure everything under the surface supported that goal and the future development of the business.”
