A MILTON Keynes charity made a cool £15,000 from a posh dinner at Woburn Golf Club.

MK SNAP, in Bourton Low, helps give people with special needs the skills to live independently in the community.

More than 150 of the great and good of the new city’s business community attended the March 22 event hosted by the charity’s patron, the Duchess of Bedford.

The speaker for the evening was Frances Edmonds and auctioneer Charlie Ross did the fund-raising honours with the gavel.

Woolfe jewellery donated a piece for the auction and an Aquamarine that Sally Fennemore, pictured, wore during the evening.
