A consultancy based in Milton Keynes has formed a partnership with a global company to take its workplace advice services to a much higher level.

Diversity Marketplace, in Lockhart Avenue, Oxley Park, helps companies put their policies on employing a more diverse set of employees into practice.

The partnership with Penna Plc, which has offices across the UK and around the world, should take that to the next level. They will work together on developing strategies to help firms attract a more inclusive workforce, including looking at assessing and recruiting and managing inclusion by creating an inclusive culture at companies.

Gamiel Yafai, managing director at Diversity Marketplace, said: “We see this partnership as a great opportunity to combine our extensive knowledge of diversity and inclusion with Penna’s considerable expertise spanning the entire employment lifecycle – we see this as a synergy that will be unrivalled in our industries.”

Graeme Wright, Penna’s head of strategy, said: “We have been working closely with Diversity Marketplace on a variety of projects for the last six months and our partnership presents a powerful combination for the market. Our clients are already benefiting from the combined strength of our service offering which gives us the most complete offer in the diversity space today.”
