DELEGATES will be able to find out how to deal with the press in moments of drama at a workshop called Crisis Communications – Business Continuity and the Media.

Technology group Biztech, working in association with Milton Keynes Business Resilience Forum (MKBRF), will be holding the workshop on April 7 from 9.30am–2.30pm at Milton Keynes Council chamber.

The workshop will focus especially on crisis communications strategies for escalation, damage limitation, and reputation management.

Places cost £30 members (£35 non members) from www.biztech.org.uk

> Local businesses learned, at the first Biztech event of 2011 earlier in March, that smart phones were proving to be a new target for cyber criminals, with software being planted with the aim of stealing intellectual property.
