Bosses of a new estate agency franchise that has opened in Newport Pagnell hope to gunge the rest of the industry with their online offering.

eMoov Bucks, in the i:Centre, Howard Way, charges one off fees instead of a commission on the value of the property that they say is common in the industry.

The franchised office is the first in the country and is led by estate agents Paul Taylor, James Boult and Benjamin Reeves, who previously worked at a local high street estate agent,

Benjamin Reeves, eMoov Buckinghamshire partner, said: “I had been increasingly disillusioned by the service which my former estate agency was offering.

“It seemed to me that there must be a more cost-effective way to provide local Bucks residents with estate agency services.”

The Bucks team will be promoting the franchise from Milton Keynes, through Buckingham, Aylesbury, Amersham, High Wycombe, Beaconsfield and across the county.

eMoov founder, Russell Quirk, said: “The launch of the Bucks franchise, which we hope will be the first of many, will mean that we’re able to deliver valuable, local expertise to ensure that sellers know they’re receiving the best possible service from eMoov.”

eMoov.co.uk was founded by experienced estate agents in 2010.
