BUSINESS leaders in Milton Keynes have been given a heads-up on the growing importance of low carbon and electric vehicles.
The city’s Institute of Directors (IoD) heard from Dr Grant Bourhill, director of programme delivery at the Energy Technologies Institute (ETI), at a Breakfast Briefing at the Hilton.
The ETI targets public and private investment in large-scale engineering projects that create affordable, reliable, clean energy for heat, power, transport and their supporting infrastructures.
Dr Bourhill said Milton Keynes was at the leading edge of transport electrification.
