NEW leases have been issued at Xscape in Central Milton Keynes through Patrick Punch & Co.
The new leases are to newsagent WH Smith and Mitchell & Butlers, for a Harvester family dining destination. It means Xscape is now fully let.
Patrick Punch & Co was quoting a rent of £165,000 per annum for the 6,475 sq-ft ground floor unit prominently located on the outside of the Xscape building. The new family restaurant is due to open on March 29.
WH Smith is now open and trading in the 1,300 sq-ft mall unit. Patrick Punch & Co was quoting a figure of £50,500 per annum for the unit.
