A multinational payment transaction firm has moved its HQ from Central Milton Keynes to Caldecotte.

TSYS has moved into its new 57,000 sq-ft, state-of-the art centre in Burystead Court, in Caldecotte Lake Drive, from where it provides financial services support for clients across Europe.

The new centre is run by TSYS Managed Services EMEA, a joint venture between TSYS and Dimension Data, an IT solutions and servicing provider.

Burystead Court provides multi-lingual customer service, risk and fraud support, dispute and chargeback servicing, collections assistance, back-office work and a variety of other managed services for its clients.

Adrian Garton, MD of TSYS Managed Services EMEA said: “This move offers us the ability and resources to continue our growth strategy. Our new headquarters at Burystead Court provides us with a 300-seat capacity which we anticipate filling in the next year.”

TSYS Managed Services currently operates financial services support centers in the UK, the Netherlands, Jamaica, the Philippines, Canada and the United States.

TSYS Managed Services EMEA is vacating the Bank House site in Central Milton Keynes.

TSYS’ global headquarters in in Columbus, Georgia, in the USA.
