MARKETING services group, Motivcom, has announced record operating profits of £4.76million and a move to a double-sized office. As part of the company’s growth plans, Motivcom and subsidiary P&MM have moved to Linford Wood, Milton Keynes.

Nigel Cooper, executive director of events and communications at Motivcom plc, said: “2010 has been an excellent year for the events and communications division with record turnover, income and profit. We have seen many clients returning to more robust and substantial sales and marketing activity and events continue to be an integral element of success in this arena.”

The new offices in Linford Wood, close to the existing premises, will be able to accommodate 50 per cent more staff. They provide facilities such as a 60-seater screening room, nine meeting rooms, a gym and parking for 120 cars.

P&MM’s Events & Communications, Motivation and Sales Promotion divisions have been brought together after several years in two neighbouring office buildings.

Nigel Cooper who is also the executive director at P&MM Events & Communications division commented: “Having invested to ensure our offices will accommodate our growing business for several years to come, we’re confident we can continue the healthy growth we have made in recent years.”

As another part of its vision to cultivate new talent, P&MM’s parent company Motivcom has also announced plans to double its graduate recruitment scheme in 2011.
