A team of young entrepreneurs from a Milton Keynes school will be representing the new city and Buckinghamshire in the regional final of Young Enterprise on Tuesday, June 12.
Scrap That from Stantonbury School won the local final, the third year in a row that school entrepreneurs from Milton Keynes had won the local competition for budding business people.
Alan Bullen, who chairs the Young Enterprise, Milton Keynes Area, said two other new city teams also did well at the local final. Vision of Walton High won the Best Use of IT award while Oused Again of Ousedale School won the Environmental Awareness award.
He added: “Thanks to everyone who has helped Young Enterprise effort and been part of this incredible success.”
