Dan, along with Luxman Sherestha, of the Drover’s Arms and Spencer Ollington, of Bistro Live, cooked a three course meal for guests at the ExtraCare Village, in Lovat Fields, Japonica Lane, in Milton Keynes, on April 14.

The competition was organised by Milton Keynes and North Bucks Chamber of Commerce in association with the ExtraCare Charitable Trust to highlight the economic contribution restaurants make to the community.

Service and kitchen staff came from the DeVere Academy of Hospitality, which trains young people from disadvantaged backgrounds.
