Calm in body and mind after yoga experience
Whitespace Yoga and Wellbeing Studio offered free classes in yoga, pilates and mindfulness meditation in a bid to get people thinking about their health and wellbeing.
The studio welcomed hundreds of Milton Keynes residents throughout the day who enjoyed a variety of classes – from energising and dynamic classes to build tone, to relaxing and restorative, to calm bodies and minds.

Deborah Berryman, yoga teacher and founder, said: “We are thrilled at how many people came to see the studio, meet our friendly team and enjoy a free class. Helping people to improve their wellbeing in their busy lives is at the heart of what we do.
“The open day was a really fun day for everyone and we want to thank everyone who came and gave us a whirl. We can’t wait to see those who came return to continue their journey.”
