STAFF at a Bletchley opticians visited a Bletchley care home to offer eyecare services to residents.

On Wednesday 30 May, Specsavers staff visited Dovecote Manor to offer free glasses MOT’s and answer any questions or concerns the residents had about their eye health.

Alan Haywood, manager of Dovecote Manor, which is part of the Excelcare group, said: “It is so kind of Specsavers to come here and offer their eyecare services to the residents. We really appreciate all help and volunteering as it contributes greatly to making their lives easier and more comfortable.’

Store director, Bhavesh Kotecha, said: “We are more than happy to lend a hand and give a little back in the local community. Eyecare, even something as small as fixing a pair of specs, should be available to everyone.”

The staff offered free glasses cases and magazines during their visit.
