IF YOU like the rude and the rock, MK Theatre will tick your boxes in the coming week, when it breaks free of the usual week-long shows for a couple of one-nighters, and one two-nighter.

Crikey, that sounds a bit mathematical...

Sunday sees a return from that rude Cornishman Jethro.

Rhythm, timing and charm are pretty much everything when you are a stand-up, and this mouthy chap has all three in check.

As Jethro can be a wee bit saucy, this show is suitable for those aged 15 years old and up.

The Classic Rock Show is probably the pick of the week for those who like a touch of loud.

The ‘celebration of the best-selling rock albums of all time’ features the music of The Eagles, Led Zeppelin, Bruce Springsteen and lots more ‘top notch, full throttle, air punching, guitar rocking, chorus singing, foot stomping sonic excitement.’

If you are lucky, you might be able to snare one of the very last tickets for Jimmy Carr’s Gagging Order show, at the venue on Tuesday and Wednesday evening.

‘…leave your conscience, sense of common decency and moral compass at home,’ and go soak up one of the country’s finest comic talents doing what he does best.
