Shortly before 12pm on Monday, February 27, a 25-year-old man left his bicycle outside of the OneStop shop on Springfield Boulevard.

As he left the shop, he witnessed a man take his bike and ride it away. The bicycle is a silver mountain bike which had a blue stripe and ‘hoy’ written on it.

At around 12.30pm on the same day, a man went into reception at Oakgrove Leisure Centre on Brickhill Street, Middleton. He asked a member of staff for a bicycle pump, before leaning over the desk and stealing a Samsung J5 mobile phone. The phone case also contained the victim’s bank cards.

Investigating officers would like to speak to the man pictured as it is believed he may hold valuable information that may assist with enquiries.
