Police want to speak to these men in connection with the rape of an 18-year-old woman earlier this month.
The incident happened on between 1am and 1.15am on August 3, when the victim was walking over the footbridge which crosses Childs Way in the direction of Fishermead.
She passed a group of men and one of them started to follow her before she was raped in Pencarrow Place.
The man in the E-fit is a black African male who spoke with a strong accent. He is around 35 years old, of athletic build, with a round face.
Police are also looking to identify five men from CCTV images taken in Milton Keynes at the time of the offence.
Investigating officer Det Ch Insp Vince Grey said: “If anyone recognises any of the men from these images, I ask that they contact us immediately as the men may hold vital information about what happened on that night.
“We know four of the men were in the vicinity of the Xscape building and all go into the MK Casino, before two left towards the Food Hall.
“I also ask that anyone who recognises someone from the E-fit picture to get in touch immediately.
“The victim from this attack continues to be supported by our specially trained officers and we are continuing to work with her to bring the offender to justice.”
Anyone with information is asked to contact Thames Valley Police on the 24-hour non-emergency number 101 and quote URN555 of 4/8.
